Join the G Transport Team - Part Time Bookkeeper

We're hiring! Come and join our friendly team.

We're a family owned business in Leighton Buzzard. We require a bookkeeper on a part time basis, to join our growing team. The hours may increase to suit the candidate as space becomes available in the office.

You will be solely responsible for all the financial administration duties on day-to-day basis. You will be based in our office at Midway Depot, Stanbridge Road.

Main duties include:

• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Payroll
• Payments
• Any other appropriate tasks

We currently use Clearbooks online accounting software, however skills from other accounting software are transferable.

Requirements

• Experience essential
• Good communication skills & telephone manner
• Organized with attention to detail
• IT skills including Word, Excel and Email
• Driving license & car – due to the location of the office

Above all common sense, a good sense of humour and a friendly approach are the most important attributes.

Working Hours

We initially want somebody who can work approx. 15 hours per week, on Tuesday and Thursday.
